What’s the best way to get around the city?
We recommend taking one of our NU bespoke bikes by Republic Bikes for a spin around the neighborhood or over the Brooklyn Bridge. The subway is the best way to get around New York City, and NU is conveniently located within short walking distance to several lines, including the F and G at Bergen Street, the A and C at Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street, the R at Jay Street-MetroTech, the 2 and 3 at Hoyt Street, and the 4 and 5 at Borough Hall.

Each guest room features a flat-screen LCD HDTV and premium Wi-Fi access for all devices.

We’re so glad to hear that! NU Hotel has teamed up with local designer Haskieville Apparel to create The Morning Commute tote bag, which can be purchased on property. You can also purchase our lovely umbrellas, bathrobes and yoga mats in room.
What are the normal check-in and check-out times?

Guests will have access to a 24-hour gym with cardio, pilates and boxing equipment. Yoga mats are also available in every room.
Do you have a gym? If so, what type of equipment can I expect?
Our spacious on-site fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and comes fully equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and free weights. We also have brand new boxing equipment from NYC’s famous G&S Sporting Goods, as well as yoga mats, body balls and steps.
Where can I securely store my valuables?
Guest rooms include a personal digital safe for storing valuables and laptops up to 13 inches.
Can I send a package to the hotel?
We accept packages delivered to the hotel. To ensure your package is properly received, stored and delivered, please ensure the package is addressed to the primary guest on your reservation. All guest packages are charged a $5/per package fee.

You may keep your vehicle in our parking lot with a grace period until midnight on your day of departure.

Yes. A credit card authorization form, which cannot be processed over the phone, is required.
