In a highly active neighborhood, it is always important to stay aware of your surroundings. That said, we are in a rather safe neighborhood much of which is helped by being so busy and well lit.

Yes! Part of the amenity program - bikes must be brought back by sundown as they do not have lights

We recommend taking one of our NU bespoke bikes by Republic Bikes for a spin around the neighborhood or over the Brooklyn Bridge. The subway is the best way to get around New York City, and NU is conveniently located within short walking distance to several lines, including the F and G at Bergen Street, the A and C at Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street, the R at Jay Street-MetroTech, the 2 and 3 at Hoyt Street, and the 4 and 5 at Borough Hall.
