Fresh off a sold-out run at London’s Victoria & Albert Museum, the groundbreaking exhibition “Frida Kahlo: Appearances Can Be Deceiving” is now on view for the first time in the Americas at the Brooklyn Museum. The largest U.S. show in a decade devoted to Kahlo, it’s a stunning retrospective look into the life of one of the 20th century’s most iconic artists. On display: Kahlo’s clothing, drawings and personal artifacts, alongside significant paintings (including her self-portraits) and photographs.
As the preferred hotel for the exhibition, NU is proud to offer guests exclusive access to VIP, untimed tickets, allowing them to skip the lines at this buzzy show. Additional tickets can also be purchased from the front desk. Learn more about the exhibition here, and about our Frida Kahlo in Brooklyn hotel special here.
