We all know that Brooklyn has all been the birthplace of all things cool so we feel it’s our duty to share with you the hippest neighborhoods in Brooklyn and share exactly why they’ve earned their hip stripes.

Williamsburg

Much of the revitalization of Brooklyn took place in Williamsburg. The food scene in this enclave is thriving (Fette Sau and Smorgasburg got their start here). Sugary staples like Brooklyn Cupcake and Mast Brothers Chocolate Williamsburg are a foodie’s dream. For those looking to get their shop on, Grand Street iss the hub of shopping. Bushwick
\nIt’s all happening in Bushwick. Head to Shops at the Loom, a 20 store emporium with everything from yoga studios and food shops to coffee shops and saloons. Park Slope

For classic Brooklyn architecture and a longstanding haven for hip young families, head to Park Slope Brooklyn. Al di là offers delicious Italian fare that’s some of the best in NYC. Carroll Gardens, the neighborhood that directly surrounds NU Hotel Brooklyn, is undoubtedly hip. For authentic French ambiance and a chance to mingle with locals, head to Bar Tabac. Take a minute from exploring Brooklyn and chill in D’Amico Coffee a local favorite. Persons of Interest is a hip old school barbershop that channels retro modern cool Just down the street is Prospect Heights home to The Barclay’s Center where some of the hipped musical and entertainment acts around play.
