One of the greatest modern music groups is coming to the Barclays Center at the end of August. Arcade Fire will bring their Reflektor tour to Brooklyn as part of an epic run showcasing their internationally best-selling album. The first two shows are scheduled to take place on August 22nd and 23rd. Recently, due to overwhelming demand and hype, the band added a third show to their stint at the Barclays Center. This new installment will follow suit and take place on August 24th.
Reflektor was the fourth album produced by this world famous indie rock band. One of the greatest albums produced in 2013, Arcade Fire received great reviews from distinguished publications such as Rolling Stone and the Los Angeles Times.
In addition to all of the album’s hype, the tour itself seems to be generating a lot of buzz. The band had an earlier leg of the tour a few months back. In Louisville, Kentucky, Arcade Fire showed up to their first show wearing giant bobble heads and mingling with crowd members. This sort of behavior is emblematic of the laid-back, goofy nature of these concerts and the group as a whole.
Arcade Fire will soon be leaving to perform at the storied Fuji Rock Festival in Niigata Japan. After the long trip east, the band will come to the States and hop around for the rest of the summer.
This show is an absolute must see must see for anybody who finds themselves in Brooklyn at the time. Arcade Fire is not only an ambassador for modern music and progressive sounds, they’re also a sincerely good time. Known for a great stage presence and a passionate, friendly following, an Arcade Fire show has all the elements necessary for a memorable experience. Also, this wonderful show also happens to be taking place at the brand new Barclays Center, which is equipped with the ideal dimensions, technology and amenities for prime spectator enjoyment.
